Due to confusion over the rent increases that were supposed to take place in March 2013 there has been a change to the monies needing to be paid. The rent increases will not take place until next October 2013 (unless otherwise noted) and we are therefore to pay our rent according to previous years amount. We will also not be collecting money in March 2013 as we thought we had to do to e inline with TMBC end of year accounts.
That means to us, we will be paying the full amount as of October 1st 2012 for a years rent. Bill will be recalculating the amounts that need to be paid. These monies need to be paid to Bill on or before 4th December 2012 to ensure that the money is in the bank ready for collection by UAGS.
